Not only does snow encapsulate the entire city but the snow is
covered with a 1.5" layer of ice on top. So infer your own common
sense to understand the driving conditions of the streets and
highways. Basically no one can go anywhere!! Two days ago
the grocery store shelves were completely cleaned out of all
the milk, bread and eggs and the liquor store shelves were
able to unload their entire supply of inventory and now an entire
city waits, everyone in their own home has instantly been made
privy to what it must feel like to be the latest under-talented overhyped
no longer a girl-not yet a woman- superstar:
over eager and anxious, young to the conditions of the cruel world, naive to
how properly navigate oneself upon the ever-changing, torrential terrain
that lies outside the front door of the place called home.

Blog neglect and Artistic ADD

So...I've been neglecting my blog a little bit.. granted.
I'm still around..just preparing for a new series of
releases throughout the new year. More info to
come about that later, but let me just say that
I'm working with a very talented group of people
in Atlanta, GA for it and it will not disappoint!
Also, I'm making my own beats now as well so
this should be interesting to say the least...
Anywho..speaking of all things creative..
sometimes I have so many thoughts and ideas that
consume my mental that none of them seem to get
the deserving attentiveness they need in order to
take flight independently. It's classic creative struggle.
My biggest goal for any further songwriting, is simple:

the last 24-48 hours have been a whirlwind of out of left field type occurrences..

the importance lies in my outlook and actions in regards to them. An inexperienced
traveler through this life might be angry, throwing their hands up, obsessing
over details and idiosyncrasies but I'm smart enough to know when to realize that
if it aint the end of the world and you still have life your body...things just arent that serious.
If you obsess over minor details over which u have no control you're a dumbass.

Over the past 48 hours things that I thought were not working out have worked out perfectly and things that I thought were going perfect have blown up in my face. I am learning to stay flexible and attuned to whatever happens. However to all the people who think that because they saw, or spoke to me a few times: YOU ARE NOT an expert on me..plain and simple. I am not even an expert on me..depending on what cards life deals you, you're not even an expert on you. There are some situations that you cant even create/nor imagine an outcome for. It's easy to get into a routine environment for some and feel a false sense of expertise/accomplishment/or creative license however, the smart participants would realize that being a figurative big fish in a "small pond" is not so good if countless ponds keep showing up neverendingly. ....(and I exhale...) thanks for listening..and to this passage I recommend Coldplay's "Lost" or for the more attuned to the hood ones "Lost" by Coldplay feat. Lately I feel like I'm in a stage of constant change. Although daunting at times I am embracing the inevitable breaking down that is currently happening in my life and anticipating a much more self- aware, cooler me. I know that's not even possible considering how awesome I already am, right? I guess we'll all have to stay tuned for what I'm sure will prove to be an even more mesmerizing metamorphasis than Kafka could write about. Ok maybe not even more, but in the very least as much of major feat. I have deduct points for not being a cockroach...

Check this movie, it won the Grand Prix at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival. I just discovered it and it seems Stephen Spielberg is currently remaking this one with Wil Smith as the lead. With its super in-depth plot and controversial subject matter, not to mention fantastic scenes with some serious ass kicking involved, I was hooked from the moment it started.

AIG Claims It Must Pay Out $165 Million in Bonuses

"Insurer AIG, whose business has been shored up by $170 billion in federal funds, says it is proceeding with $165 million in bonuses to, as the NY Times puts it, "executives in the same business unit that brought the company to the brink of collapse last year." Last week, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told AIG it had to scale back its compensation, but, in a letter yesterday to Geithner, AIG CEO Edward Libby cited legal obligations saying its "hands are tied" and said the government's involvement would make it difficult for the company to retain its best employees. Um, wouldn't most people would understand not getting bonuses for crappy performance? Also, the Wall Street Journal says that bonuses total...$450 million. Naturally, this hits the sweet spot of the government (and public) railing against crazy bonuses—Rep. Barney Frank wants to find out if the bonuses are recoverable.
